There are ways to lessen the chance of this happening (see Security). But the only way to be really certain is to use one of our Security Tokens every time you use e-banking. Your token generates a different number every time you log on, meaning that even if thieves get your log-on details, they can't use them.

We provide you a token at our cost price, just $20.00. A token is expected to last at least five years, which works out at just one cent per day to have peace of mind every time you e-bank.
