Troubleshooting

Below is a list of troubleshooting topics which may help you if you experience difficulties using Bendigo e-banking. If these topics do not resolve the issue, please call us on 1300 BENDIGO (1300 236 344) during our hours of operation -

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm
Saturday & Sunday 9.00am to 4.00pm

1. Logon button is not appearing on the home page or it will not launch the Logon page when selected.
2. Error message – “You are no longer registered for e-banking” and cannot log on.
3. Blank fields returned when attempting to logon with no error message.
4. General 404 error
5. Does it look like we have changed our website?
6. “Application error on page” message appears
7. “E-Banking - Application Error”
8. I get a message saying that the Certificate has expired or is not yet valid. What should I do?
9. I am having trouble accessing the service for the first time. What should I do?
