Further protection for your e-banking
Bendigo Security Tokens
Bendigo Security Tokens provide a second level of authentication for your Bendigo e-banking service when used in conjunction with your Access Number and PIN.
They are compact in size and easy and convenient to use. At the push of a button, your Token generates a once-only number which must be entered to continue your banking session.
And you can tailor it to your own security needs by activating your Token to protect:
- Your logon
- Payments and/or Payee list
- A combination of the above.
The Token will be activated by the Bank before it is sent to you. This maximises the protection it offers. This will reduce the risk of criminals logging into your e-banking or conducting any unauthorised activity as they will not have the Token to access the Authentication Key.

Two models to choose from
Vasco One Touch Security Token

Small, key ring size, and light with a simple "one touch" operation. At the press of the button, it generates a "one time" six-digit number called an Authentication Key. The Authentication Key number changes with every use.
The device uses Greenwich Mean Time so that it works anywhere in the world.
Convenient and durable with a life expectancy of 5 years.
Vasco Professional Security Token

Compact and palm size, with a life expectancy of 10 years. The keypad located on the front of the Security Token offers another level of security before you attempt to access your Bendigo e-banking session. A separate PIN must be entered into the Security Token keypad before the Authentication Key will be displayed. This extra security option is particularly beneficial to Business Customers who may have their Security Token in the office and do not want other staff to be able to access it.
